  I am a huge fan of Laurence Realty. I have purchased through them and also use them as my property manager. The whole team there is extremely professional and always striving for excellence. They go out of there way to assist me in a prompt manner and are very knowledgeable in what they do. A few of the superstars I deal with are Sharen, Belle and Rosie. I would be more than happy to provide a reference to anyone who is looking for a five star real estate agent in the Northern suburbs.

  Laurence Realty North has been managing my property for many years now. My special thanks go out to Kate. She is an exceptional property manager and deals with all situations with such professionalism. She is always so prompt with her communication on any issues and I know that my property is in good hands with Kate looking after it.

  We rented through Laurence realty for 4 years and from the rental application process to moving in and living in the property Kate was nothing but Amazing. We never had any issues, any maintenance we reported was rectified in a timely manner and we were always kept in the loop with when it got reported to the landlord through to the contractor being sent a work order. The inspections were done professionally and again any issues for either us to rectify or maintenance was reported back and dealt with accordingly. I cannot recommend enough of Laurence Realty all staff have been great and always polite and professional. They are the best real estate in Perth.

  We have been a long-term renters through Laurence Realty, and we’ve never had any problems with anything, communication with Kate has always been beautiful and friendly, all question have been answered within a matter of a day, always lovely to have a chat with her, and she generally cares about her tenants. We shall continue to rent though Laurence Realty until we are ready to purchase a house. Everyone is so friendly, including the beautiful receptionist. Highly recommend for your rental property.

  I have rented through Laurence Realty for 5+ years. As a tenant, I have always been treated respectfully and fairly by all of the friendly staff that I dealt with. Kate was my property manager and she dealt with any issues promptly and professionally. She would go above and beyond to ensure that both myself and the property owner were happy. My only issue is that when the lease ended recently, I was unable to stay with Laurence Realty. Thank you so much to Kate and the team.
