  This was our first time here and first time eating out in quite awhile due to covid and it will not be our last!!
  Staff were amazing, friendly and just so nice, within minutes of sitting down our coffees were in front of us which both were really good, we love a good coffee and the food WOW!!!
  Our dishes came out super quick. The Apple Pancakes and Chicken Waffles were both full of flavour and just all round tasty!
  Portion sizes of both dishes were perfect and were not expensive at all.
  
  Thank you Union Kitchen for the great experience today, we can’t wait to come back!!

  It’s a hidden gem that we always enjoy.

  Staff are really friendly & bubbly, food delicious (we had the seafood platter) and the view of the marina not bad either! A lot of people with cocktails, may need to try them on our next visit. Noticed a dog menu so we'll definitely return with our K9 friend

  What a fantastic place, with an amazing view , friendly staff and an absolutely delicious lunch.
  My husband and I had the seafood platter for two and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back and highly recommend a visit. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

  I decided to book breakfast for Mother’s Day at the Union Kitchen. We were greeted at the door with a smile and shown to our seats. Being Mother’s Day, the place was really busy and we were expecting a long delay in getting our food but that was not the case. We ordered 2 coffees, the big breakfast and the Avo smash. Our coffee came out first within 5 minutes and tasted great, and was perfect drinking temperature. Within 10 min we received our food. The portions were pretty decent and the food was overall tasty. Could not fault the food, restaurant or the staff. We will definitely be coming back again.

  Waiting close to an hour for our 3 meals and bottle of wine for lunch, only to be told our docket had been missed. Food (average food) arrived a short time after, when we queried where our wine was, we were told rudely to come to the counter as there was no transaction for the wine.
  We went up to the counter only to be argued with by the male manager on duty that it didn’t get put through and called me a liar.
  I understand if it didn’t get put through, mistakes happen, the issue was that we had double checked after ordering the wine that the transaction had gone through as it was paid for on a seperate card.. and were advised that yes it had definitely been put through.
  Then continue to be shut down and argued with by this manager who couldn’t possibly admit he may have made a mistake, but that I was in the wrong and needed to give him a break..
  we decided to just leave it as we clearly weren’t getting anywhere with it and return to our seats.
  The manager then approached us at our seat and told us again that the transaction wasn’t put through which I accepted, it was the fact we both got told it had gone through..
  and when I said to him that I just wanted to leave it he told me I came in being aggressive toward him.. Which there is no way I was being aggressive, I was only being confident in what I was stating. After being told I was aggressive I just said okay let’s just let it go. He then returns inside only to stare me down every time he walks by.
  A simple issue that could have been resolved if the right management team was involved. Disgusted with the service and after all that the food was quite average. Regular customers who spend at least $100+ each visit, will not return after the way we have just been treated. That isn’t good customer service
